The post person delivering your item has the overall choice as to whether the parcel is left in the safe place. If the post person cannot find a safe place, a calling card is left and the parcel is held at the sorting office. For delivery purposes, the European Union region includes the following 27 EU member states and Monaco: We only despatch parcels on a Monday – Friday. Royal Mail do not make collections from us on Bank Holidays or Weekends.
