FRAGRANCE FREE, pH BALANCED, COLOURANT FREE: This lightweight facial moisturiser is formulated without drying alcohols for dry, sensitive skin. STEP 2 OF DOUBLE MOISTURISING: Use this facial cream after the Curél Moisture Facial Lotion primer to complete the Japanese two-step moisturizing method. It layers hydrating and moisturising products for a double moisturising skincare routine. Caroline's skincare, adult acne, retinol and double cleansing 'cheat sheets' are like a bible for beauty enthusiasts, and her non-nonsense attitude when it comes to the effectiveness of products or brands has won her a legion of fiercely loyal fans. So when she recommends a product, it’s definitely worth investigating — like the K-Beauty brand cleanser she's previously hailed her "product of the year." The ceramide functioning ingredient and eucalyptus extract penetrate deep into the stratum corneum repairing damaged skin barrier which can be the cause of sensitive skin. Kao Curél Intensive Moisture Cream is a Japanese face cream formulated with ceramide and eucalyptus extract to deeply moisturize dry and sensitive skin.

I would probably suggest this to dry and normal skin types looking for good hydration but a light and elegant texture. This might work for combo skin in the colder/drier months as well. FOR EXTRA-DRY, SENSITIVE SKIN: This ceramide-infused moisturiser is super hydrating and specifically formulated for dry, sensitive skin. Curél products have high efficacy in retaining moisture by protecting and replenishing ceramides. Curél helps to boost skin’s natural barrier function and defend against external irritations. FeaturesWater/Aqua, Glycerin, Cetyl-PG Hydroxyethyl Palmitamide, Cyclopentasiloxane, Squalane, Trisiloxane, Dimethicone, PEG-3 Dimethicone, Allantoin, Magnesium Sulfate, Butylene Glycol, Isostearyl Glyceryl Ether, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Succinic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Bis-Methoxypropylamido Isodocosane, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Extract, Tocopherol, Methylparaben PROTECT CERAMIDES: This face cream for dry, sensitive skin helps replenish ceramides, an important component of the of the skin's natural moisture barrier. It does contain eucalyptus extract, which could contain some fragrant components, however it is low down on the ingredients list - just something to be aware of if you have very sensitive skin and tend to avoid all fragrant extracts and hydrosols. It contains a pseudoceramide ( Cetyl-PG Hydroxyethyl Palmitamide), which tbh I trust more than improperly formulated ceramides, as well as allantoin, a great soothing ingredient at a concentration of 0.5%. Squalane and tocopherol as well as the classic humectant glycerin are also included. This does contain silicones, which is something to be mindful of, however my skin really enjoys the texture of silicone-containing products and the smoothing effect. What it is: A moisture cream that leaves skin soft and fully moisturised by replenishing ceramides for optimal moisture.

I didn’t expect to fall in love with a cleansing balm in the way that I did," said Caroline, who praised the seaberry and persimmo cleanser as "brilliantly moisturising, nourishing," and claims it "destroys makeup". I have seen a massive difference in the plumpness and hydration since using this cream. My skin is so much plumper and less dehydrated. When I wake up in the morning, my skin feels smooth and soft, practically glowing. Honestly, I'm not sure I could wish for more in a moisturiser - it goes above and beyond to do the job and keep your skin hydrated. She added that it’s safe for acne-prone skin and that she could find "nothing wrong with it" — high praise indeed. Water/Aqua, Glycerin, Cetyl-PG Hydroxyethyl Palmitamide, Cyclopentasiloxane, Squalane, Trisiloxane, Dimethicone, PEG-3 Dimethicone, Allantoin, Magnesium Sulfate, Butylene Glycol, Isostearyl Glyceryl Ether, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Succinic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Bis-Methoxypropylamido Isodocosane, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Extract, Tocopherol, Methylparaben. This is definitely a HG product for me - I'm not sure what other moisturisers could top this, but maybe I'll try some more one day.

The eucalyptus extract is reported by the manufacturer KAO as being able to boost the skin's production of ceramides.

Honestly, I couldn't rave about this moisturiser any more. My skin has never felt so good - I didn't even realise how dry and dehydrated my skin was until I started using this. Founded by Charlotte Cho (of Soko Glam), the product has been available in the US for some time now, garnering a cult following, so we're very excited that it has launched in the UK. Apply after Facial Lotion Enrich. Smooth softly across the face, starting at the centre and moving outward. Ingredients

Curél is a unisex skincare series specially formulated for people who suffer from recurring skin dryness and sensitivity caused by external irritation.

I've been using this for 3 1/2 weeks, which I think is pretty much long enough for a moisturiser. I patch-tested this first as well.
