Looking at the list, the general impression may be that most of the cards featured in this set are not strongly tournament-level although there is a very clear and strong thematic feeling in this set. At the same time, I can easily see a few re-print cards that would probably be on a lot of players’ wish lists like “Elemental HERO Liquid Soldier” and “Magicians’ souls”. Ritual Summon 1 Ritual Monster from your hand, by Tributing monsters from your hand or field, including "Dark Magician" or "Dark Magician Girl", whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster Gains ATK equal to the total original ATK of all other monsters on the field with a Predator Counter. You can only use each of the following effects of "Predaplant Triphyoverutum" once per turn. Send this card to the GY, then, you can Special Summon 1 "Dark Magician" or 1 "Dark Magician Girl" from your GY.

The go-to set for players and fans who adore the Dark Magician, HERO, Synchrons, and more along those lines of gameplay and the current meta! Cannot be Special Summoned. During either player's turn, when a monster effect is activated: Tribute this face-up card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that monster. Activate only while you control a face-up "Earthbound Immortal" monster. Negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls, and destroy it.Each time it destroys an opponent's monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's original ATK. During either player's turn: You can discard this card, then target 1 "HERO" monster on the field; it gains 2500 ATK until the end of this turn. During either player's turn: You can discard 1 "HERO" monster; this card gains ATK equal to the discarded monster's ATK until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of "Elemental HERO Honest Neos" once per turn. Having said that, I personally think the card list for Legendary Duelist Season 3 set has been thought a bit more than the ones I saw in the previous two seasons. Moreover, it includes long-awaited reprints from “Magical Hero” and “Immortal Destiny” sets making it a must-have if you are on the look out for nice magician cards. And as a special bonus, each Legendary Duelists: Season 3 box will also contain one of several collectible dice featuring famous monsters or symbols associated with Yugi, Jaden, and Yusei. Send up to 3 cards from your hand to the GY; draw that many cards, then you can Special Summon up to that many monsters from your hand, with different names, that are "Performapal" monsters, "Magician" Pendulum Monsters, and/or "Odd-Eyes" monsters, each with a Level between the Pendulum Scales of the 2 cards in your Pendulum Zones. If you did not Special Summon by this effect, you lose 1000 LP for each card in your hand. You can only activate 1 "Performapal Popperup" per turn.

If this card is Fusion Summoned: You can make this card gain ATK equal to 1 Special Summoned monster your opponent controls, until the end of this turn. Once per turn: You can target 1 Level 5 or higher monster your opponent controls; until the end of this turn, this card's name becomes that monster's original name, and replace this effect with that monster's original effects. If this Fusion Summoned card is destroyed: You can destroy all Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls. If a monster(s) is Special Summoned from your GY (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If you have a Synchro Monster with "Warrior", "Synchron", or "Stardust" in its original name on your field or GY: You can make this card's Level become 4 until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of "Satellite Synchron" once per turn.

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower "HERO" monster in your GY, except "Elemental HERO Liquid Soldier"; Special Summon it. If this card is used as Fusion Material for a "HERO" monster, and sent to the GY or banished: You can draw 2 cards, then discard 1 card. You can only use 1 "Elemental HERO Liquid Soldier" effect per turn, and only once that turn. Each box of Legendary Duelists: Season 3 includes 1 Secret Rare – a rarity that wasn’t available in Immortal Destiny or Magical Hero – as well as 6 Ultra Rares. For this release, because it has a double dose of Jaden, the Ultra Rares will come in the colours of the 3 Duel Academy dorms: 2 red Ultra Rares for Slifer Red, 2 blue Ultra Rares for Obelisk Blue, and 2 standard Ultra Rares for Ra Yellow. Last but not least, each box also has 1 out of the 10 Secert Rare cards of the following collection: of 6 collectible dice, featuring “Dark Magician”, “Dark Magician Girl”, “Dark Magical Circle”, “Elemental HERO Neos”, “Hero Signal”, or “Junk Synchron”. You can send 1 monster from your hand to the Graveyard and Special Summon this card (from your hand). For a Synchro Summon, you can substitute this card for any 1 "Synchron" Tuner monster. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a monster that lists a "Synchron" monster as a Tuner.

Must be Special Summoned with "Dark Fusion". Once per turn: You can target 1 monster on the field; destroy that target. During your Main Phase, if this card was Normal or Special Summoned this turn: You can apply the following effect(s) for the rest of this turn, based on the other monsters you currently control. If a Normal Summoned/Set "Earthbound Immortal" monster is on the field: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; destroy it. You can only use this effect of "Ultimate Earthbound Immortal" once per turn.
