When using a ceramide cream like this one, I like to use a hydrating or glowy makeup primer like the Laura Mercier hydrating primer to get the sheer glow finish I desire for my foundation.

However, the majority of the scientific community have deemed these findings non-conclusive due to the limitations of these studies.
