The gas bottle is always attached via a regulator. This performs an important safety function, as it controls the pressure at which the gas moves from the bottle to the appliance. It is important to ensure that you have the correct regulator fitted to your appliance for your chosen gas bottle. In simple terms, a green Patio gas bottle is compatible with a clip on regulator, whereas a red propane bottle will require a screw in regulator. This was spicier than I had anticipated and I loved that about the dish (word of warning to those who have a lower tolerance, though). I look forward to experimenting with this chilli, peanut and coconut mix in future and will be charring my asparagus more often from now on. I also appreciated having the recipes for the dressings and dips included in the instructions, as you can definitely play around and incorporate them intoother dishes. Overall I’d recommend both these recipes and look forward to testing out more from the book soon.
