Wouldn't it have been great if the "socialists" in Plaid had said, "Why is there always a blank cheque for war but no blank cheque to eliminate child poverty?": Killing children or lifting them out of poverty? By supporting St Athan's the Plaid "Left" have immorally chosen the latter. But no government will provide the real answer to the real problem, because the real answers are not cheep and they don't appeal to Sun, Express and Daily Mail readers. Britain is currently the 4th richest economy in the world. The problem is that the majority don't benefit from that wealth. 10% of Britian's population own two-thirds, maybe even three-quarters of that wealth. Over the last 30 years inequality has sharpened. Socialists say we should tax the rich till the pips squeak to rebuild the welfare state, Plaid's economic strategy panders to this set-up and can only mean the continuation of profound inequality of power and wealth that has profound dangers for our society and our democracy. If you believe this, they how do you square Plaid Cymru's or Welsh Nationalism's support of european institutions as a vehicle for Wales to express themselves? Plaid use to be a party that supported self government for Wales, but according to the Western Mail Speaking as a Plaid Assembly Member and a former leader of the party Dafydd Elis Thomas says that he is opposed to a referendum on further powers for the Assembly untill well after 2011. Indeed this mam who vociferously opposed the 40% threshold imposed by Labour in 1979 is now opposed to further self government unless it is clear that at least 60% of voters support further powers.

The Welsh socialism of Keir Hardie, of Niclas y Glais, of S O Davies and more latterly socialist republicans has always put the working class of Wales first. It is based firmly in the radical Welsh traditions of Lewsyn yr Heliwr, The Newport Rising, Merched Beca, the Miners' Next Step and all the grassroots activities that revived the Welsh language in the 60s and 70s by challenging capitalism's global culture. Leanne Wood has also given interviews to the Weekly Worker (as well as other left and left of centre publications) so I suppose that dams her to hell too.

Those of you who eagerly await my pearls of wisdom are going to be disappointed until after Christmas. Apart from Christmas being a busy time for parents and apart from the MOF suffering from a stinking cold, I have a lot on my plate at the moment. The most interesting task being a War Pensions Appeal Tribunal next week that I am the rep for, which should prove significant to the Gulf War Syndrome debate whatever the outcome - details will be posted after the verdict!

Seems that Leanne Wood not only gives donations to the Commies, but also speaks at their meetings (is she a member?!?!) I was raped by Dafydd y Dug as a 16 year old, he held me in a stranglehold whilst he buggered me against my will against the wall of the Theological Collage in Aberystwyth. If I was a party advisor I would charge Billions of pounds for this simple advice to any party, forget gaining votes from other parties, I'm voting Plaid and nothing will change my mind, chase the disaffected, register the unregistered, that nonvoting part of the electorate is what will give you a solid majority. It is a negative benefit, because it underlines what a person can't do rather than what s/he can do. There is an important difference between a Christian believing that certain practices, are sins and exhorting and encouraging members of his church to avoid them and believing that the activity is a crime for which all members of society caught engaging in it should be punished by the state. After saying that some biblical verses say that homosexuality is a sin Mr Miller added that he doesn’t believe that anybody should be discriminated against because of his or her sexuality. The original British Communist Party, the CPGB. fell apart around the time of the collapse of the Soviet Union, the rump is now called the Communist Party of Britain.

We can accept, what appears to be the inevitable, that despite 1000+ years of resistance to being assimilated into England, that the battle is now lost; by continuing to vote for what have become the English Nationalist Labour party or English Nationalist Tory Party, or we can make, (what might be the very last stand for the future existence of Wales) and vote en-mass for Plaid Cymru in 2016 to secure a future for our Nation by having a government that puts Wales First! David, the CPGB doesn't advocate a one-party state. You appear to have misinterpreted the following paragraph in the CPGB's 'What we fight for' statement: Adam Price MP claims to be against privatisation and militarisation, yet he supports the privatised academy. Incidentally, while we're on the topic of nationalism, his disgusting calls for Iraq to be partitioned were thoroughly colonialist in mentality, would you not agree? Communists are internationalists. Everywhere we strive for the closest unity and agreement of working class and progressive parties of all countries. We oppose every manifestation of national sectionalism. It is an internationalist duty to uphold the principle, ‘One state, one party’. To the extent that the European Union becomes a state then that necessitates EU-wide trade unions and a Communist Party of the EU." If you lose your job because of ill health you are entitled to IB, you will be paid a bit more than those who are on job-seekers allowance. If you get better you lose your entitlement to IB and have to go onto the lower benefit. With little prospect of gaining a new job in the IB hot-spot areas you will, in effect, be punished for getting better.Autumn Statement: Workers to pay less in national insurance – but rate cuts don't offset the freezing of personal tax thresholds A common cause of bloating and flatulence is dairy products, and lactose intolerance increases as we age. This is because we have less of the lactase enzyme that helps us digest the carbohydrate lactose, Houghton says. The anal sphincter weakens
