The statement describes how the officers searched the rural routes heading into Wrexham town centre before PC Pritchard located Jones on Corkscrew Lane. He was found to have 'bloody' hands and was apprehended. A third suspect, who was arrested on suspicion of murder yesterday (Thursday, June 15th), remains in police custody. ‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌

Police searching fields around the Erddig area of Wrexham close to where Ermatati's body was actually buried in March 2009 North Wales Police have released a statement, a spokesperson said: "We remain in attendance at a property in Pentre Gwyn, Wrexham following an unexpected death of a 40 year-old-man. Paramedics said they were were called to a property on Pentre Gwyn in Caia Park, Wrexham, shortly after 6:15pm last night, Monday 23 October. The nature of the incident is yet to be confirmed.

Detective Chief Inspector Alun Oldfield said on Monday: “I would like to offer my condolences to Kyle’s family at this extremely difficult time. He was taken to hospital, but sadly died later. ‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌ Ms Jones says that, during the call, Jones walked into the kitchen wearing Mr Walley's jumper and that the latter was 'not happy' about it. Mr Meadows also described how Jones had messaged him telling him he ‘had smashed his phone’ before further clips showed Jones and Mr Walley looking out of a window side-by-side, before an argument ensued.

The court heard how he had 'loaned' a friend his bike who later lent it to Jones with Mr Farmer's permission. This was the bike Mr Davies had seen him leaving Mr Walley's flat with. PC John Pritchard, stated that he was 'made aware' of an incident in the Wrexham area where a video was being circulated on social media depicting a stabbing. The investigation centres around the death of a 59-year-old man, named John Ithell, from Pentre Gwyn, Wrexham. ‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌ Notorious murderer who buried body in concrete coffin found running major drug operation after release from jail Ms Jones was asked about screenshots of a call log taken from her phone between herself and Mr Walley. She confirms that Mr Walley and herself had called one another on July 11 and that conversation lasted over 20 minutes at around 4.30pm.

A further two men arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a 59-year-old man have been released on bail as investigations into the incident continue. ‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌ He was taken to hospital, but later sadly died. ‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌ Mr Walley's family earlier paid tribute to the "loving, caring and kind" man, saying that his death has left them "absolutely devastated".

From day one, there was a determination and a coldness about him that it was clear he would do whatever it took to frustrate the police inquiry,” the detective added. He tells the jury that he did speak with Mr Walley between 2pm and 2.30pm that day and that he sounded like he had been 'drinking heavily'. Mr Walley asked if Mr Bull wanted to come and watch the football with him and Jones at his flat.

The circumstances surrounding this incident have been the subject of widespread social media speculation, and we are aware that many young people may have been affected by this. As such, School Liaison Officers and the Neighbourhood Policing Team are working closely with colleagues at Wrexham Council to offer the appropriate support and reassurance to the local community.” But the jury of six men and five women took seven hours to dismiss his story following a three-week trial. The jury heard how married father-of-two Reszpondek met divorcee Ms Rodgers - known as Tati - at a Dairy Crest plant in Wrexham. But police found his DNA on her mattress and deleted “glamour photographs” of Ms Rodgers on his digital camera which included her in underwear and semi-naked poses.

It was only at that stage that he went to Wrexham police station and told them where they could find the body. Mr Meadows described Jones’ personality as ‘being all over the place’ and that his behaviour was ‘erratic’. Mr Ithell was discovered in a lane adjacent to Cefn Road in Wrexham on June 12th. ‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌ The defendant was crying and the officer noticed that the 19-year-old had a "large laceration" on his hand. He was arrested and taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital for treatment. Overseeing Judge Justice Eyre then called the second witness to the stand - David Davies who was in attendance at court. On Thursday March 19, 2009 after months of surveillance, the police “made a big show of digging in the fields around that area, looking for the body of Ermatati Rodgers, with a lot of press publicity. He then described seeing a man - now recognised as Jones - making off with a bike from the flats. He also overheard the defendant say: I’ve stabbed someone, he’s dead” and “what am I going to do now?” She also tells of having heard loud screaming' and 'heavy breathing' towards the end of the call. She called out Mr Walley's name but had no response. A compilation of evidence was then played in court, showing clips gathered from multiple sources including North Wales Police and Jones' snapchat account. He then played computer games for a day and a half while her dead body remained at his house, before burying her in a field at Erddig near Wrexham.
