Ultra Spirit Ball - A version of Spirit Ball that is stronger than Neo Spirit Ball. A Special Move used by Yamcha, Tiencha, EX Yamhan, and Yamta in Dragon Ball Fusions. Another comes from the horrific "witch trials" of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, in which a suspected witch would otten be tied up and thrown into water. If she floated, she was guilty and if she sank (and probably drowned), she was innocent! The floating on water connection was made with the fishing balls and again the name changed over time. There are different versions of how Witch Balls acquired their name, two of which relate to superstitious fishermen and the glass balls they use to keep fishing nets afloat at sea. One is that their families hung some of the balls in their windows to act as "watch" balls, protecting the fishermen from evil spirits and harm at sea, and this name became corrupted to Witch Balls. As Witch Balls became more popular over time, many of the glass makers would keep the first ball they produced when they set up shop. They believed that if they hung it inside the shop, it would bring them success and happiness. Some were made with a shiny, silvery inside which could reflect the rest of the room, like a mirror, so making it easier to "watch" and see around corners. Practical as well as protective!

In Xenoverse, the Spirit Ball appears as one of Yamcha's Ultimate Skills. It can also be learned by the Future Warrior via completing Yamcha's training as the Warrior's Master. If the technique is performed while Yamcha is the Warrior's current master, then it will receive a Z-Assist boost. In the Tournament of Power, Goku used a Double Energy Ball with the same principles of the Spirit Ball, however, performed in a similar fashion of the Spirit Shot, also being blue in color and much bigger. [19] Variations [ ] Also called Spirit Balls, they make stunning keepsakes for people who like more unusual gifts at any time of the year. With their origins lost in time and their rumoured magical powers, these beautiful hand crafted glass spheres are treasured for many reasons. In the modern day, spirit balls are often used as decorative items in homes and gardens, and they are available in a wide variety of colors and designs. Many people still view them as a symbol of friendship and positivity, and they make a thoughtful and meaningful gift for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, or graduations. People have also used Witch Balls in a similar way to crystal balls, for scrying or divining the future. If the Witch Ball became cloudy, it would foretell someone's death. As above, other objects could also be used as alternative divination objects, depending on what the fortune teller had to hand and perhaps how confident they felt!

Crusher Spirit Ball - A combination of Doola's Hyper Crusher Ball and Tirami's Ultra Spirit Ball used by their EX-Fusion Tiradoola in Dragon Ball Fusions.Super Spirit Ball – A larger, more powerful version of the Spirit Ball. Used against the Phantom Saiyans in the Pendulum Room. Whether you believe in the spiritual properties of the spirit ball or simply appreciate its aesthetic value, there is no denying its long and fascinating history as a symbol of love and friendship. While in the Other World, Krillin and Yamcha attempt to use the technique on Kid Buu when he arrives on Grand Kai's Planet, but it has no effect. [10] Well firstly, we don't know when the first Witch Balls were made. Some say they were brought to Britain by the Crusaders whereas others believe they originated here. According to the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic in Cornwall, "wondrous devices" of a similar description were being used in the sixteenth century. Later on, coloured glass ornaments known as "spheres of light" were often hung from garden arches to catch the sunshine. They have shards of glass or decorative patterns inside (sometimes wool or threads in older ones) to attract evil spirits - hence their alternative name of Spirit Balls - which then get entangled and trapped inside and so are unable to harm the occupants of the house.

Some of the strangest places Witch Balls have been found include a church in Cornwall and another in Jerusalem. Here's how one of our customers who ran a pub in Kent displayed his Peach Perfect Witch Balls. Wolf Fang Pitching Fist Ball – A pitching technique and variation of both the Wolf Fang Fist and Spirit Ball developed by Yamcha in Dragon Ball Super. Z-Assist Spirit Ball - A variation of the Spirit Ball used by the Future Warrior in Dragon Ball Xenoverse when performing the technique while Yamcha is their current Master. The Z-Assist causes Yamcha's soul (which appears as an astral projection of Yamcha performing the technique) to go into the Future Warrior's body while they're performing it, increasing the power of the Warrior's Spirit Ball.Magic Spirit Ball ( 魔球繰気弾 , Makyū Sōkidan , lit. "Magical Winding Ki Bullet Ball") - A variation used by Yamcha in his Baseball Outfit. Debut in Dragon Ball Legends, where it is Yamcha Special Card Ability and can be learned by Shallot. Destructo Spirit Ball - A combination of Racyoh's Flash Destructo-Disc and Damjee's Ultra Spirit Ball used by their EX-Fusion Racjee in Dragon Ball Fusions. In the manga, Yamcha uses it with Vidro who molds glass around it to defeat Chilled and encase him, Fin, and Medamatcha in glass. Neo Spirit Ball – A stronger version of Spirit Ball used by Yamcha. A Special Move used by Yamcha, Tiencha, EX Yamhan, and Yamta in Dragon Ball Fusions.
