Blue Power Casting Systems GmbH, Walzbachtal, Germany, will showcase the final version of its new AUS 500 ultrasonic atomiser at Formnext 2021, Frankfurt, Germany, November 16-19. The prototype was announced in November 2020, and has been developed in cooperation with the technology partner Amazemet, a spin-off company of the University of Warsaw. The installation of the saponification equipment was cited as one method in which Blue Power could employ to get around the adverse ruling by COTED, thereby returning its special duty access within the Caricom market. There’s are reasons why the new 1.9-litre model is EEV (Energy Efficient Vehicle) certified. The new RZ4E-TC 1.9-litre VGS (Variable Geometry System) turbodiesel engine features DLC (Diamond-Like-Coating) coated fuel injectors and graphite coated pistons help to reduce friction, withstand higher pressures and temperatures, prevent cold-start engine wear.

Without having to choose between leatherette and fabric, the seats in the range-topping Isuzu D-Max 1.9 Ddi Blue Power trim have both. What’s nice about these seats is that the leatherette portion offers durability, while the fabric portion provides breathability. The plush seats offer much comfort and support, especially on long hauls. Also, the aircon is very cold, very, very cold! In an apparent swipe at DCP Successors, Dr Tanna remarked that Blue Power “will vigorously defend its legal rights to access these international markets competitively”. The income from the core soap business is supplemented by investment income, as well as income from rental property and warehousing operations.

Over time, the property will also be suitable for the expansion of the core soap business. Investment income includes earnings from equity and fixed-income securities. During the review quarter, Blue Power secured a contract to manufacture soap for some of the leading brands of laundry bar soap and bath soap in the Jamaican market. Ten years after the introduction of Blue Power’s first gas atomisation system, the AUS 500 is set to expand its portfolio of systems for powder production and classification. Dr. Fischer-Bühner, head of R&D at Blue Power, stated that the system will enable every AM user to produce small batches of high-quality, spherical powder at an affordable price, without complex infrastructure. The Blue Power Group is set to take off in 2022 through a number of elaborate initiatives, which will see the company expanding and diversifying its revenue streams.

The company has also entered into an agreement to acquire additional property, which is located directly in front of its Victoria Avenue complex, to facilitate expansion. This property is suitable for the development of warehousing to generate additional income from rental and warehousing operations and administration. Integration with existing fleet is straightforward because the Bluepower chassis can be paired with our market leading Refuse Collection Bodies, and Road Sweepers. The approach with the Design and Technology, ensures that the dimensions of the vehicle is the same as the Diesel powered equivalent, while still offering you excellent payload capacity, regardless of the waste stream.Along with many other technical firsts, the compact turbodiesel engine makes 148 bhp at 3,600 rpm and 350 Nm of torque between 1,800 and 2,600 rpm. 10% and 9% improvement respectively over the outgoing 2.5-litre engine. Also new is the option of having a six-speed automatic or manual transmission to pair with the new engine. Although I did not have the chance to sample the manual transmission version, the new six-speed automatic transmission does provide smooth power delivery with smooth upshifts and downshifts. What remained from the pre-facelifted model is the Terrain Command, an electronically controlled centre-differential. There’s also hill-start assist and hill descent control fitted as standard.
