This new recipe is an exquisite blend of aged Caribbean rums enriched with warming spices before being finished at our UK distillery with 100% pure British honey. A cracking combination of great quality gin, tangy raspberries and beautiful British honey that is perfectly suited to a refreshing, spritzy cocktail.

The mouthfeel is smooth, rounded and full-bodied, with plentiful sweet honey character and gentle notes of spice, florals, vanilla, citrus and piney juniper. Palate – Rich and silky smooth on the palate with orange peel, fresh blossom and notes of apple complementing the juniper backbone. Finish – Long, rich finish with sweet honey rounding off the palate and providing exceptional balance.The British Honey Company was launched in 2014 in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire in the beautiful village of Yarnton. On the palate an exceptionally smooth mouth feel, juniper forward with a strong punch of orange, delicate but certainly present notes of fresh ginger warm at the finish. It is produced in batches of 300 - 500 bottles and each batch is traceable to the hive from which the honey came from.
