Food PairingsA new Casamigos Terrace is set to open on the rooftop at Cuban-inspired club Embargo Republica in the heart of London’s Chelsea. It is a short to medium finish and is pleasantly warm with touches of smoke and slight bitterness. Our Thoughts First Sip The Blanco starts light and fresh, with some sweetness and an agave brightness. The herbal notes help to open the whole thing up. By the mid-palate, the agave has become more pronounced, and some tropical fruits come out to play.
