High doses of acetylsalicylic acid may result in closure of foetal ductus arteriosus in utero and possibly persistent pulmonary hypertension in the new born.

The active substances are aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) (267mg per tablet), paracetamol (133mg per tablet) and caffeine (40mg per tablet).
