With its excellent wireless range and weatherproof design, this power meter is an essential addition to any multi-protocol smart home hub. You also need a CT clamp – the Mottram Labs module has been designed to work with the SCT-013-000 clamp. You will need an accurate meter to benchmark the device against it, and input the offset as a percentage in the Settings (Specific) menu. At the time of writing, Aeotec do not offer any HEM units that are compatible with Aussie standards.

I do not have the device to test this (I gifted it in a reddit giveaway), but please add this to your Zigbee2MQTT configuration. However, I’ve never seen these clamps on installation photos (even with expensive, brand ones) or live installed as a tight fit nor on a completely straight cable or far from other cables - on the contrary!
