Then I tried it again yesterday as well as another fragrance and was like yep this and the other fragrance I love, the problem? Over time I didn’t like the other fragrance but its projection on my skin was incredible! Gentle fluidity’s projection?… not even arms length or maybe a whiff here and there but very weak so it’s easily a skin scent and idk about you but I like my fragrances to project well at least at arms length. The performance is great. Not a beast in projection and is moderate. But it stays consistent at arm's length for the life of the fragrance. 8 hours longevity. I used up my sample within a day because I kept spraying it to try to figure out why I loved it so much and what was making my brain so enchanted. I gave up; it’s just awesome, and I have to have it.I'm editing my review and I've deleted my first one coz I've done a total 180 on this perfume since I first tried it. I absolutely LOVE it now. In terms of longevity, it last throughout the day. My friend often wears it, and I can smell it whenever she passes by or if I'm walking behind her even for hours at a time. Projection and sillage wise, it is more on the moderate side. This is using 4-5 sprays as my friend does, so I'm speaking from my experience of her having it on. Projection/sillage can of course be increased, as I, on the other hand, usually wear 7-8 sprays (or 4-5 if layered with BR540 Extrait) and reapply in the afternoon. The aromatic spicy dupe is a strong one, and smelling it directly from the bottle can give you some headaches. It can also make you go nose blind for about an hour. From the beginning the juice in this was gold coloured and even though I never bought a bottle of it when it was new I did own a sample of it and that was indeed the most concentrated and best performing version of the fragrance to me. Also the one with the most prominent sugery vanilla note. I love that this fragrance is not dark, not light, not sweet but not fresh, it’s a manic chameleon that plays different on different skin, times and occasions. This is an office friendly. Spring and Summer parting with family and friends, wearing a crisp white shirt, sunglasses, pants or shorts, and having fun. A nice for a night out in the city.

It smells sharp and clean not because of the conventional patchouli and oak moss, but because of juniper berries. It is a safe blind buy, so you can go for it if you haven’t tried it out before. Similarly, you can give it away to someone if you think they have this kind of taste, but it is certainly not a fragrance made for everyone. Gentle Fluidity Gold is creamy and sweet, but not really gourmand, with a subtle fizzy sharpness. It's very bright and not as warm and deep as I expected from something called 'Gold', but I still like it a lot. If it was gold, then a lighter and cooler tone of it, glistening in the sunlight. I haven't tried the silver version so I can't compare. This perfume is a fresher version of Gentle Fluidity Gold. Therefore, it works better for warmer months. The reason people compare it to Intense Cafe or whatever may come to mind, is because the scent is not entirely unique so there might be similarities. However, compared to the others, this definitely smells high end, well-rounded and perfectly blended. It is a warm and cozy fragrance, whilst being classy and sexy. Additionally, it is very versatile as it's suitable for any time of the day, all year round. It actually does have the power of the other MFK fragrances, it just takes a little while for the vanilla to age after you spray it the first time. Now it's really strong, projects really well and lasts. I find the vanilla to be the star of the show now and hardly notice the juniper I wasn't so keen on. It's just so beautiful, I had kinda gone off gourmands lately but the way this is done is perfect. I recently got Maison Alhambra's Infini Rose, which is a clone of Initio Atomic Rose, and the base of it smells so much like this. It's like Gentle Fluidity Gold mixed with the rose from Delina or Oud Satin Mood, with a hefty dose of pink pepper for the first few minutes. They both have gotten me compliments and I can smell myself all day wearing them. Amber and vanilla together, when they're done right, just really does it for me. It's not sweet in a childish, cheap smelling way, but it's still super sweet. I therefore went ahead and bought a small bottle of Gentle Fluidity gold. And this time the juice was a light purple hue when I got my bottle and now a year or so later it is even darker purple… And sadly the scent is not the same either.
