Description

Roll the nori using a bamboo mat after placing the fillings on top. While rolling, use some pressure to tighten it up. When the roll is finished, transfer it to a cutting board and chop it into pieces. Spread a thin layer of the already-cooked rice on a piece of your nori (do this with your hands wet), ensuring that you leave at least a half-inch margin on both sides of the nori. Next, flip it over to your plastic wrap, you can do this with a plastic wrap covered with the bamboo sushi mat. TASTE: Sweet, tangy, spicy, and umami, this roll has a little of everything. The spicy mayo and savory unagi sauce give it so much flavor. Simply roll the volcanic stone across your face to instantly absorb excess oil and reduce shine. Easy peasy. Because this tool is small and lightweight, it’s easy to toss this in your bag for touchups on the go. Carefully remove the plastic wrap and, with a sharp knife, cut each roll into 8 pieces or as many as you like. Add a thin layer of the already-prepared spicy tuna to the top.
