I can not smell the rose in this. As far as I'm concerned, the rose is missing in action, leading me to ask the question, what's the point of putting the word on the box in such large font? This scent is shampoo-y, sparkling, effervescent, citrus-y, floral and a tad sharp. I don't care for it but it's not terrible. It's pleasant enough but it doesn't do anything for me. It's boring. I like a punch-you-in-the-face rose. I don't know how anyone can possibly smell the rose in this when it's so hidden in a menagerie of florals and fruit. Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number). I seem to get really annoyed with fragrances that put the word "rose" in their title, leading people to believe that the rose note is going to be pronounced (I'm lookin' at you Lancome Midnight Rose!) This fragrance is no exception. Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.

Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS. Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
