In this, our entry level expression we have sought balance and richness by selecting malts in a 50:50 recipe – 50% from ex bourbon barrels and 50% from ex-sherry butts. The distillery predominantly uses Oloroso and PX sherry casks to create fruity and chocolatey single malts that make for an exceptional digestif.

Matured for 9 years in Bourbon casks, one half is then transferred in to 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry butts.The palate carries a lace-y quality combining rich barrel flavors with a backbone of toasted cereals.
