Served with a jug of fresh cream.Layers of grilled aubergine “parmigiana style” with mozzarella, basil and rich tomato sauce. Topped with herb and vegetarian parmesan crumbs. Usually the aubergines are deep fried: however, we grill ours as the healthier option. A selection of six different mini Italian desserts. The platter includes authentic Sicilian cannolo, sfogliatina Napoletana and a few others to keep you guessing – perfect to share. Children are most welcome.
