Old J Dark Spiced submerges our aged Gold Rum into aphotic depths, creating a tempestuous flavour that can rock the boat or calm the waters. With a well-rounded taste of spice and toffee, the original Old J is best enjoyed when simply served over ice with coke or ginger beer and a couple of fresh lime wedges. Old J is now available in sixunique varieties, with the same blended base spirit used throughout—except for in Old J Gold, which uses a British Virgin Isles rum from a pot still. We’ll also float more tiki fire on top of our cocktail so we can set the whole thing on fire then sprinkle over some cinnamon.

Old J Silver retains some of the main flavour notes of Old J original, keeping the smooth toffee, sweet lime and heady vanilla hit. The thing about having something so high in alcohol (other then using it to flavour cherries) is that it can stand up to big flavours and balance perfectly.
