Toda a experiência foi positiva quer ao nível gráfico quer ao nível do argumento. Las batallas no son realmente el corazón de la historia, aunque sean el momento en el que el protagonista exhibe su título. El eje está en cambio en el hastío existencial de Saitama, y también en las experiencias mundanas de su día a día. Un humor algo mas inteligente del que nos tienen acostumbrados los japoneses, es decir no es como Arale cuando intenta disparar misiles a lo plan Afrodita de Mazinger, pero tienes que saber ver algo mas allá para verlo. Por supuesto el manga en la Young Jump fue un éxito y su reciente anime a tenido una gran aceptación.
