I dont think it's a bad intro kit, though having the DA specific new bladeguard types would have been nice. Don’t forget you can carve-up this list as needed for any detachment requirements you might need to hit. There are some big rumors about new Tau models alongside their upcoming codex and a brand new 40k Dark Angels Combat Patrol box! Also seems like a bit stuff than some of the existing combat patrols, especially if the intercessors can combat squad.

However, these are pretty old models and could use a rework, and Kill Team is the perfect place to do it! If this was a BA box with a new BA sprue instead of DA I'd probably pick it up and build a new fancy squad of intercessors with the new bling even though I have plenty of the basic old starter set guys.I would have thrown in there 3 Outriders instead of the Hellblasters just to have units from all the wings, but it isn't bad. Wondering if there is at least an upgrade sprue in here, since it wouldn't even be good value if there isn't.

Considering every new army so far has received a new Combat Patrol, this rumor is definitely possible.This list is designed to allow a new player to dabble with those options without hard committing to either. According to the rumors, they will really build the line out with a bunch of new Kroot, some form of mounted models, and even a big gun to go along with it! We mainly cover Warhammer 40k, Fantasy, Age of Sigmar, Warmachine, Hordes, X-Wing, Infinity, Horus Heresy, and Star Wars Armada. The main attraction of 40k is the miniatures, but there are also many video games, board games, books, ect. The old box really isn’t very exciting, but we’re not sure how much better the new one will be in terms of savings.

It is a new launch box with all the new Kroot stuff and two characters, and one is supposed to be a melee-focused Ethereal. all the recent boxes have been pretty light on value, so we wouldn’t be too surprised by an offering like this. Dark Angels have been getting a ton of new models lately, so it only makes sense that they would also get a new Combat Patrol alongside their Codex. Per usual, we’ll leave a budget in there for wargear but we’re probably going to be pushing pretty close to the max on this one. I’d like to add 20 more Intercessors total but we’ll run one squad of 10 and then 2 squads of 5 to match the squad above.
