It was then, as I was looking down at the area below the raised platform of the dance floor, that I spotted something shiny, then a flashing brilliant fire erupted, all coming from one of the tables below the dancing areas raised platform. Since I had just started my cigarette I crossed the street. The girl followed me, gaily chirping in my ear KT) yeah. freaking high standards too. phillip told him he shouldn't have thrown away the silver spoon he was born with As if someone was always just beside her, just out of view, her shadow ready to push her aside and take over her little world.

This was my sister's miss, I wanted a gown of my own, but papa said to wait till next year, and then I can wear real makeup!”Finally reaching the street, I went down it looking at the houses that had been built along its length. It's a cold but beautiful sunny morning in Brisbane this morning. We fed the usual bunch of Galahs this morning (probably 60 or so) from 7.00 am and then many flew up on the power lines behind us and went through the morning ritual of preening, calling and playing. A couple of them also flew into some dead branches on our Tibouchina tree where they looked so proud and beautiful in that morning light. This shot is SOOC (as is the third) and shows one of them sitting waiting for its friend (see shot 3) just out of frame. Why these rich twit females think that places like their lingerie drawers make for an excellent place to hide their valuables will always be a mystery to me.

My thoughts of leaving were put on hold as I looked her pretty, and expensively attired, figure over. I, with real curiosity, asked who she was playing at this evening. She replied,” miss Moneypenny” then asked who I was. It was obvious by my trained eye the sloshed happily giggling pair were going to be easily manipulated by the approach I was going to take to rob them blind.Bored of the party that was being held downstairs, Lucidity had gone off exploring on her own, slipping past the red velvet ropes that served as a poor excuse to keep visitors from going upstairs. I followed the beam over. It was the vulgarly big diamond ring, surrounded on the table by her precious array of pearls. But I could not see how It could be done. So I chased the teasingly tempting thought out of my head. With her earrings clutched in my hands, I told her I hoped she would, and looked towards her mother on the dance floor.

Laying upon the chair was a small silvery clutch purse, worth quite a bit by my scrutiny. The girl was holding a purse of her own, a pretty, small satin number with rhinestones. Too expensive to pass up.

It was a very elegant affair, with the many ladies present putting on their most pretty attire and wearing out that evening, their most expensive vault kept baubles. About 15 minutes later the downstairs lights went out. Then one of the lights went out upstairs. I figured a parent had been the last one downstairs and it was the master bedroom light that was put out as the parents went to bed. By the thin beam of my torch, I could see a trail of the parent's discarded clothes leading to the satin-sheeted bed in the centre of the master suite. Feeling like a horse from the gate, I finally moved from my hiding spot and staying in the shadows as much as possible, made my way to the side of the house. I squeeze her shoulder, rising, as she again was becoming mesmerized by watching the dancers. Her earrings were tempting me, and I will admit I tried forcing myself to pass them by, but…

As I looked down in her upturned face I realized by the look in her eyes, that I had her lulled into such a state of complacency that I found myself unable to control any longer my thieving impulse. Mostly to gain some jewels by parting some of the ladies from the lovely ones they were wearing. Which, here tonight, presented a plethora of opportunities. Then I placed my head on top of her own and looking at her in the mirror pulled down her gag. I then said to my hapless prey. No matter. And I’ll admit I agree, it is a lovely thing. Too lovely to have you going on wearing It. Off with it now twit.”
