Description

T2 DLC uses the same chassis with the original T2 and is made of aluminium alloy, while Cadenza is made of resin shell. Both have decent inclusions.

It does scale with source, Hidizs XO for example, will make the soundstage slightly bigger whereas on M2 Macbook Air’s 3.5mm dac, soundstage is slightly small and everything is quite forward If you’re a fan of smooth vocals and rich orchestral strings, then you’ll love the midrange on these IEMs. They’re clear enough to make out all the lyrics, but electric guitars might sound a little dull if you’re into some extra bite. Don’t worry though, the warmth and body from the bass should make up for it. The Cadenza features a 2-pin connector for use with a variety of cables. This allows customization of your IEM-cable combinations, as well as extends the longevity of the Cadenza. The Cadenza comes standard with a 4-core braided copper cable with a 3.5mm single-ended termination for use with most smartphones, computers, and audio devices. About Kiwi Ears As for technicalities, T2 DLC has a bit wider soundstage with more crisp and detailed resolution. Imaging, Separation and Layering of both sets performs similarly. The build quality seems great for its price and the shells themselves look stunning. The 0.78mm connector being flush with the shell makes it so that you are able to easily use after market cables without any issues. This review set is a part of a review tour and was sent free of charge in exchange for an honest review. There is no material or financial incentive for us to do this review. We guarantee no exchange has been done by both parties to influence or sway our opinions on this product. As for instruments, both percussive and woodwinds seem to have a more organic sound but on a softer and translucent side. The Kiwi Ears Cadenza’s treble is like a cool glass of lemonade on a hot summer day – smooth, refreshing, and just the right amount of crispness to keep things interesting. There’s no sibilance or harshness to be found even when it’s loud. But at the same time, it’s not the airiest or most extended treble. Moving on to a dedicated audio player, the Orchestra can easily be powered with low gain at the 45% volume levels with the ibasso DX150. There was also no unwanted noise observed. Pairings

Since this unit was sent by the generous people at Linsoul, I am grateful to them. And as I've said in all of my evaluations, the same is true for this one: all of the concepts I've expressed below are entirely my own, original ideas that haven't been influenced by anyone else. If interested, visit this link.Every year the budget IEM space explodes with new flavors of the month. It’s impossible to keep up with all of them. I won’t even try. So instead, here are my impressions of a few popular budget IEMs that you might be curious about. There is no wing on the Cadenza so myself as well as many others can find this not so intrusive in terms of the fit.
