So now I'm wondering, has the quality of the steel used to make the blades changed, or has the manufacturer changed? I've been using Bulldog products for a couple of years now, and although I'm quite happy with their products on the whole, I've been recently disappointed with their "Original Steel Blades" replacement razor blades.
The only physical difference that I have found is that the blade protector on the longer lasting (previous) blades, had a clip-on protector, the newer blades have a slide-on protector.
