While noodles might make you think more of Asia than Italy, as the pesto here might prompt, buckwheat pasta is also used in Italian cooking. I made a batch of 8 plain scones and 8 apple and cinnamon scones but sadly the apple scones came out a little over done – so I haven’t featured them on here!
