The three Palpatine Mementos can be found on Naboo, Coruscant, and Kef Bir. Each mission marker will lead to a search area on the map. For the first Palpatine Memento, players can travel to Theed on Naboo. From the landing zone, the search area will be outside and across the water. On the other side of the bridge, there's an NPC marked by a green speech bubble on the map in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. She will mention that Chancellor Palpatine used to own the nearby apartment and his belongings were dumped in the river. Directly behind the NPC, and near the edge of the river, Palpatine's lightning can be collected.
