Description

The game is over when one player reaches the finish space. That player takes the "Money Bags" pot and adds it to his or her earnings.

We all knew what this meant. The stakes ramped up and none of us wanted to see that bag disappear from play; we all wanted it to go through to the final. Our episodes were filmed in early July, and that second question has haunted me since. When friends found out I was going to appear and asked me how I did, the only thing I'd say was: "I made a really stupid mistake, it didn't go the way I wanted it to."If the player spins "Money Bags", he or she takes the amount earned from the bank using any coins. However, instead of keeping the money, he or she must put it in the "Money Bags" pot on the board. Filming days are long, with the entire crew showing relentless enthusiasm and kindness, as well as a real desire to put us all at ease when the nerves of playing for life-changing amounts of cash got a little much. One million points are at stake every episode across four rounds. Grab the correct Moneybags to bank the most points and try to top the episode leader board. Be careful though as grabbing the wrong answers will cost you. New episodes are regularly released.

Moneybags is described as a “brand new fast-paced, high stakes quiz” with thousands of pounds on offer for winners. My general knowledge is pretty good - I excel in literature, films, US geography and pop culture - though I'm not the best when it comes to sport or history. Moneybags is a unique premise, with plenty of random categories to trip up even the most stellar of quizzing enthusiasts. I sent off an application.Definitely, I think people second guess themselves, so questions that you'd answer while watching it on telly become really difficult when you're in the studio. The bags come down the conveyor belt at quite a pace too, so you've got split second decisions to make and you haven't got that much thinking time. I think that's what makes contestants sometimes take a punt on them knowing the right answer. I also think people’s tactics might differ depending on if they’re independently wealthy or not. If you're somebody who feels well-off, you might decide to take more risks once you’ve got some money in the bank and you’re playing for that With a million pounds at stake each week you never know what’s going to happen. I’m looking forward to having fun with our contestants as they make lifechanging decisions.” Middleton, Richard (15 February 2023). " 'Moneybags' prodco Youngest Media closes as effects of pandemic bite". Television Business International. Informa PLC . Retrieved 28 February 2023. The celebrities in the second series first week were Dane Baptiste, Natasha Hamilton, Mr. Motivator, Tom Read Wilson, Claire Richards, Kate Robbins, Greg Rutherford, Catherine Tyldesley, Nina Wadia and Toyah Willcox. EPGs, from Tuesday onwards at least, listed the celebrities who would be playing that day. Unfortunately, this had the effect of spoiling who won the first four episodes…
