Aesop A Rose By Any Other Name Body Cleanser boasts a beautifully fragrant formulation which contains skin-softening botanical extracts and Rose Petal Oil. Aesop’s have the most wonderful scented products and this is no exception. Don’t think rose is for older people because this rose body wash is really beautiful. Like all their body washes my skin feels clean and refreshed and the liquid foams up nicely to give that soap feel. The scent is subtle not over powering and I found it works well with any of their body moisturisers. Strangely I don't really get a rose scent from this rose body cleanser. It's not a bad body cleanser by any means, I just don't smell rose from it. It's quite gentle on the skin but I don't think I'd get another bottle Beautiful cleanser to use. It lathers up nicely, you don't need a lot and the scent does linger for a hours after you use it. I also love it as a hand wash, the smell is gorgeous and its gentleGreat quality product as per usual from Aesop, foams well and is lovely on the skin. The pump works really well and it's very easy to dispense whatever amount you want. However, I found the rose fragrance to be quite weak and it's not that normal rosy smell, it's got a faint hint of a "medical type " smell to it. I adore the smell of this body wash. So indulgent, subtly rosy but still kind of herbal. I wouldn't say this is the most hydrating body wash, but that's not why I buy it.
