Anyway now that I'm playing it a bit again, I've noticed a boatload of changes to the game, that I was previously used to, which no longer function the same, or have been majorly nerfed. So that makes me wonder if some changes didn't occur after all. Like why would I have some legendary versions equipped, if they don't exist? Granted they do still say they only increase reload speed by 5%, the same as the rest.

Also why would moving them from stash to inventory make them go from rare to common, if the only version it comes in is rare? Yet on some of my weapons I have legendary Neon Arrow Mods, and then I had some Rare Neon Arrow Mods stowed away in my stash, and when I moved them out of my stash and into my inventory to put them on guns, they are no longer showing as rare, but are instead showing as common, as if somehow moving them from stash to inventory has somehow downgraded the rareity of them, even though online it says this is a rare only mod, which increases reload speed by 5%
