Description

The Primordial One and one of its shades created the birds of the air, the beasts of the earth, and the fish of the sea. Together, they also created flowers, grass, and trees, before finally creating humans Usually, a short character in a story is often associated to a child. But these are Pygmies, they're adults. They went through a swamp blazing with dark flames and passed a cave overgrown with poisonous mushrooms, then they reached the Kingdom of Pygmies. As Sophie tries to understand her purpose in the palace, and Lan longs for battle, they become a part of a dangerous war—and may be the only ones capable of stopping a dark power a dangerous sorcerer wants to once more unleash upon the world. Scaramouche is a stray cat. Abandonned, forced to go from place to place, and becomes feral by the end of the story. This can be seen in the difference the kitten's design at the beginning and end of the fairy tale.

Heralding Dawn' could be a reference to Lucifer, who is often depicted as the morning star of Dawn, his name literally meaning 'Light bearer.' The traveler and their sibling are both depicted as shooting/morning stars upon their arrival in teyvat. Also Paimon, the demon in Ars Goetia is said to be most obedient to Lucifer. In game, Paimon can't even bear the thought of being separated from us. Deformed Pygmy: Morax. He made a contract with the Tsaritsa to rescue his brothers and to accompany the Prince and Princess to the Kingdom of Light. When betraying the prince, he felt guilty because he cannot uphold his contract because Celestia's evil nature forced him to betray them. The Night Mother is a perfect match with Phanes/The Primordial one, who we recently learnt from The Goddess of Flowers that they were victorious over the 2nd Who Came. 'Unexpected Punishments' matches with the Celestial Nails dropped on innocent civilisations. Remember, we are unsure of why Dragonspine and Tsurumi Island were nuked, and Phanes was all too happy to banish the Seelie from heaven. The people of Khaenri'ah was cursed with the curse of Immortality, and the description of the curse's effects matches with Dainsleif's. " I mean that the body and soul will continue to be eroded until they are virtually nonexistent, even if "death" is not the form that this erosion takes." I believe the Tsaritsa was forced by Celestia to be the second cryo archon 1000 years ago. The person who will save her can also be the actual Prince in the battlepass cutscene. Having slogged across the swamp blazing with dark flames and passed the cave overgrown with poisonous mushrooms, the Prince and the Princess finally arrived at the Kingdom of Pygmies. The Night Mother was the source of all sins, and the Land of Night was the embodiment of her evilness. The cruel Night Mother, who had neither heart nor mouth, was always watching the Land of Night, and her punishments were always unexpected. The only thing she could not bear was the occasional ray of moonlight that made it through the clouds. The light that penetrated the walls of darkness always irritated her. I wanted to see my garden but somehow got lost." Rubbing his withered palms, the shrunken pygmy grinned. The pygmies were originally true and loyal to the Princess. However, the pygmies were still creatures of the Land of Night, and the corruption flows through their veins. The root of evil would once again bloom in their hearts. We're gonna delete the factor of gender, so where it says prince it is just to regard which character I'm talking about.

Zhongli does talk about the erosion 'imposed on him' by Celestia, as if it is punishment for his deeds. I don't think the game would go out of their way to note he was alive at this time, unless he'd done anything worth note at that time. He also named his city 'Liyue' which means Glazed moon, and the currency he created has a triquetra on it, possibly the symbol of the moon sisters and the Seelie ancestor he had betrayed. This may explain how he was Demoted to Teyvat. Also, weirdly enough, when naming Wanderer. Scaramouche will deny his mothers name, but has no problems with the other archons like Buer or Barbatos. However, if you try to name him Morax or Traveler, the game will step in itself and tell you that you're going too far. Her punishments are unexpected" these refer to the nails dropped on ancient civilizations before. This means this occurred after the Second who Came took over Celestia, because the Primordial One loved his people. But the master of the heavens, consumed by fear for the rising tide of delusion and breakthroughs, sent down the divine nails to mend the land, laying waste to the mortal realm…” Now that you are all my people, please let me take you to the Kingdom of Light. It's a place that can bring sight to the blind, wisdom to the foolish, courage to the timid, and reinvigoration to the shrunken. As a princess, this is my gesture of gratitude to you."

We then suffered the torment of exile. Stripped was our connection to heaven, to our powers of enlightenment…” Also, this just raises more questions about the Gnoses. Is this why the archons are so unhesitant on handing over their Gnosis? And is this the “misfortune” of holding the Gnosis that Skirk was telling Neuvillette? A fairytale story that has been told throughout Teyvat for ages. This is part one, which tells the story of the Land of Night and the Moonlight Forest. He had come to save them. He would eventually save her from the darkness and take her to a kingdom free from all shadows. Although the Prince didn't say it explicitly, the Pale Princess had sensed the possibility of his arrival through her years of meditation.

Finally, let’s go to the seventh and last book, Book VII, where the story comes to a conclusion. There is only one quote I wanted to make note of, where the Night Mother tells the guilty pygmy a prophecy: The poison had sent the Prince into a coma as the Pale Princess slept. The six pygmies' scheme started to unfold. This is where the pygmy meets the Night Mother/Phanes, perhaps the start of his servitude to the heavenly principles. She tells him of the fate of the Princess and her followers, and of a prophecy.

The Pale Princess and the Six Pygmies (II)

First Possibility: Light Realm. Celestia is always destroying areas where Irminsul trees grow, which are connected to the Leylines, which is connected to the Light Realm. The small irminsul trees that grow are what the Night Mother hates the most.
