This is a heavily processed yet natural ingredient. It’s usually made from the starch in maize so is also often known as corn syrup. There aren’t usually too many surprises when it comes to what’s in alcohol-free beer, with almost all brewers using the traditional ingredients of water, malted barley, hops and yeast with many also using traditional additions such as wheat, oats and lactose (milk sugar). Our brewing process is completely natural too, we omit the use of isinglass (fish bladders, yuk!) and other dodgy products to make sure that you, the consumer, can buy the best online craft beer possible. Our beers are made with our own water supply, located beneath the brewery, and we naturally carbonate all our craft beers to protect their delicate flavours. We keep our lager free from unnatural ingredients and let it mature for a long time for a fuller flavour. We don’t cut corners, we’re only interested in making the best craft lagers in the UK. And while we’re at it, we’ll make them 100% vegan too!

You should serve Freedom 35 in a pilsner glass, although a pint glass or mug will work. It is best served cold to enhance the beer taste.
