When Red Hood One, leader of the Red Hood Gang, intended to steal a collection of WayneTech weapons, he targeted the Penguin's blimp, ready to rob the rising rogue. However, the vigilante that would eventually become Batman sprung into action, anticipating Red Hood's move and impersonating Cobblepot with heavy cosmetics.
