Well, here's a surprise - the upcoming release The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD will be receiving a brand new amiibo. Ever since their first reveal during Splatoon 3's dedicated August Direct, we have been eagerly awaiting news of the Splatland's newest amiibo. Then, last week, things began to shift when an online listing seemed to suggest that the three interactive figures could be The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom sent the latest Nintendo Direct out with a bang, and it didn't disappoint! She'll be "stretching onto the scene" on April 29th. Unfortunately, it's not all good news - with Nintendo also revealing the Steve and Alex Metroid Dread launches in just a few days' time on Friday 8th October, and if you've got any old amiibo figures lying around, you'll be pleased to know that you'll be able to use them in-game.
