Very active - You exercise almost every day of the week doing high intensity training such as running, spinning, team or competitive sports. We're together every Monday, TWO sessions left, to and including 5th December, at 1250 in the Linbury Studio. So I browsed through reviews, found Darcy Bussell Pilates and bought both DVD and book, as I want to be able to take my exercise mat into the garden in summertime and just follow the book sequence.
