This form of execution was also practiced by the Romans and the Spanish Inquisition. [1] This film has been shown by ARD since 1982, [3] and is thus part of the annual Christmas tradition. Gold Facts

(ru) Various Polish brands from Gdańsk sell similar drinks called Gdańska Złotówka (Gdańsk gold) or Złota Woda (Gold water).

There is enough gold at the core of the earth to cover the surface of the planet in 12’ to 13’ depth • Gold is so rare that the world pours more steel in an hour than it has poured gold since the beginning of recorded history. [2] The word "alchemy" is borrowed from Arabic al-kīmiyā’, meaning "philosopher's stone" • Both Greeks and Jews begin to practice alchemy in 300 B.C. Ans: In a one-liter bottle of Goldschläger, you’ll locate approximately thirteen milligrams of gold. This quantity is surprisingly small in phrases of actual gold content and is normally for cultured functions.Although rumored that you cannot drink gold, many a supporter of Goldwasser believe that the gold flakes create slight cuts in the throat and stomach thus speeding up the intoxication process as the alcohol is delivered directly to the bloodstream. The mystic pursuit of alchemy was at its height when Goldwasser premiered in the 16th century and must have had its influence on Dutch Mennonite inventor Ambrose Vermollen when he concocted the gold-dappled drink, as gold was believed to have many desirable (though vague) medical properties at that time. The two most famous pursuits of alchemists (though they had many) were the attempted transmutation of lead into gold, and the creation of a "panacea" - a medical elixir that would cure all diseases and prolong life indefinitely. The ineffectual results of both these pursuits earned many alchemists the reputation of being charlatans and hoodwinks, though we can certainly accept Goldwasser as one of the advantages of their cultural leverage.
