From what I saw, though, I am a little disappointed, while the photos look great, the ingredient list looks extremely sweet, all 3 curries have sugar AND canned fruits.Minute Mowgli by Nisha Katona was just a sampler of a book to review and it was an interesting find. There’s no way a teenager would have a birthday party in an Indian restaurant, we were embarrassed by our food, it was seen as this dirty ‘other’ thing. I love the idea of being able to make tasty, interesting food in 30 minutes, 30 Minute Mowgli does just that. My main issue is the table of contents suggest the book is much longer than what I could read with my editions.
