He has identified that there is very little money to be made from stamp collectors, many elderly and on limited incomes, and has developed a strategy which clearly cuts stamp collectors out of the equation and instead has, apparently correctly, identified that for the moment at least, all the profit is to be made from people with a reasonable income who have childlike devotion to certain musical performers, fantasy characters, celebrities who are particularly celebrated by particular communities, and so on.
