It’s the perfect way to ferry your footslogging Legion Tactical Squads between objectives. Mk III Tactical Squad Now, onto the plastics. First, as we thought, vehicles will be taking a big priority, with Dreads, Sicarans, Land Raiders, and even Jet Bikes in plastic. If you can’t find that many chainswords, consider instead making 10 or even 20 of the Mk VIs into veterans. Throw as many power swords as you can find on them, give them some combi-meltas if you can, bolters if you can’t, and throw a special or heavy weapon on the maximum number. These units will do good work in an army of this kind. There aren’t many options in this kit, but you do get the bits for Lighting Claws or bolters and power fists. You also get the option for a heavy flamer and a power sword. It’s worth saying that any legion can pretty much do things in any way you like. Each legion was tens or hundreds of thousands of space marines, and there were enormous variations among them. You can build a Raven Guard terminator siege force if you want, or a Death Guard assault company, or anything else you fancy.
