Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body. Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.

I recently acquired a legacy Canon FD 400mm f/4.5 for telephoto work. Unfortunately it didn't have a lens cap. I saw an ad for these Hoodies and it was exactly whatI was looking for. The protection offered by the semi-hard insert is optimal because it doesn't transmit impact to a lens as a hard lens cap would do. The Hoodie Medium perfectly fits the Lee filter adapter ring for the 100mm system. All my lenses have Lee filter adapter rings installed and are protected with the Hoodie Medium. No more embarrassing plastic lens caps. The Hoodies are gentle to handle but attach firmly to the filter adapter ring. Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements andoptically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect theimagery.

Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
