Animal Atlas is a half-hour educational wildlife television series that "takes children on a tour of discovery, uncovering the secrets of how animals live and thrive. As of January 2013, Bellum will have produced over 230 high definition episodes of Animal Atlas and fourteen home entertainment DVD titles about animals. It was not until the second season that original footage predominated, and not until the third season that the series hit its stride. The remaining four seasons are mostly just remakes of episodes from those seasons with some new information tacked on. From the third season (starting in 2006) to the seventh season (ending in 2011), one hundred thirty episodes of original footage were aired, with some episodes in the fifth season using modified versions of the scripts of episodes from the first season.
