The Iphone came with 85% of battery life, witch is expected for a refurbished phone... But came with a horrible scratch on the screen, for a good condition IPhone 11 its really bad... However with the protector screen on u can not see the scratch... The phone works perfectly and everything its perfect but the screen. As for the conditions of the refurbished phone I received through the post, I couldn't be happier. There are no scratches, no visible marks. To me, it looks very much like a brand new cell phone. Plus, I really believe in recycling as much as I can. Down with throwaway society! Long live recycling! I am happy with my new phone, although I had a very difficult start. I went from an old Samsung (J3) to Apple and it was hard to transfer the data. I had a tutorial with one of the Apple technicians and that helped a great deal. Condition of phone (bought used) was excellent. Switching to iPhone 8 to 11 was as easy as installing the SIM card. Very happy the phone came with a tool to remove the SIM card.We have a refurbished iPhone 11. I think the screen may have been replaced...NBD, but the date and time that appears when the phone is first 'woken up" is yellow instead of white. Phone works great and is in excellent condition. However, not refurbished with Apple parts, so can’t access features such as battery health, and do get warnings from the phone regarding the refurbished parts.
