The Octopod is grabbed by a colossal squid which drags it down into the depths. The Octonauts are unable to break free due to the hooks on the ends of the colossal squid's tentacles. Fortunately the arrival of some sperm whales turns that colossal from hunter to hunted. While the Octopod is in for repairs, the Octonauts take a vacation, and Peso helps Barnacles’ sister and her cubs learn arctic survival. The Octonauts stake out a thief, who turns out to be a decorator crab, stealing their things to decorate his shell.

An enormous killer whale is stranded on a beach, and with some help from some fiddler crabs, the Octonauts manage to rescue him. When nearly all of the Octonauts are trapped in a dangerous sentient blob of marine mucilage, the only Octonauts not trapped in the blob, the Vegimals, must step up and build a new GUP called the GUP-V to rescue the crew in time for their Christmas meal. Gups are special underwater submarine-like vehicles that the Octonauts use. There are currently 26 Gups (not including the so called " Terra Gups" from Octonauts: Above and Beyond) known in Octonauts, but not all of them have been seen. Most have appeared in the episodes and specials of the series, and at least 5 have appeared in the two movies ( The Underwater Caves of Sac Actun , Octonauts and the Great Barrier Reef and the The Octonauts Movie: The Ring of Fire.). Gup-Y - an upcoming Gup. It is modeled after the yeti crab. It may be a deep-sea excavation Gup that may work around the Deep Sea Octolab in the Mariana Trench. Not much more is known about it. The toy has already been made.When Peso's patient, a remora fish, mysteriously disappears, the Octonauts enlist a unique undersea detective - a harbour seal. While exploring a dark and spooky cave, The Octonauts find a strange fossil of a powerful prehistoric fish... but he may be more than just a fossil! The "X" could possibly have been used to represent the number 10 as "X" was the Roman numeral used to represent 10.

After the Octopod breaks down, Tweak knows that the only way to get the new part that she needs is to take a trip to the old Octopod. But they may not be alone in their abandoned ship... but they find that a giant Pacific octopus living there! The Octonauts venture inside a whale shark again (see Series 1, episode 1), this time they need to rescue a porcupine puffer fish named Puffy before it's too late! Dashi catches a glimpse of an elusive creature that appears to be a giant sea serpent and manages to photograph his tail. The truth is stranger than fiction when he appears to be an awesomely, long oarfish. The Octonauts venture into a dangerous red-hot lava tube to rescue a teeny tiny water bear, who doesn't mind the heat at all.

Main Features

Some mysterious holes that keep appearing in the Octonauts' equipment turn out to be the work of cookiecutter sharks whose bioluminescence initially made them invisible against the light coming down from the sea surface. This is the third season of the original Octonauts series. It debuted on September 4th, 2013 in the UK on CBeebies. The season contains 20 11-minute episodes, as well as three 22-minute specials. Gup-P - inspired by the parrotfish, the GUP-P is a specialized, first responder emergency vehicle. with a simple press of the tail, this versatile Gup transforms into a medical station – equipped with an Octo x-ray viewer – where Kwazii can treat the parrotfish and transport it to safety. It can also make huge jets of bubbles. Kwazii has a pirate map showing the location of a sunken treasure ship that allegedly harbours a Kraken-like a sea monster, but it turns out to be an octopus that can change colour to camouflage himself. An enormous lion's mane jellyfish gets his amazingly long tentacles tangled in the Octopod's engine whilst Tweak is working on it and causes havoc.

Gup-W - a Gup that seems to be a large mobile hospital for Peso. Only the toy has been released, alongside the Gup-P so far. They were in Octonauts and the Great Barrier Reef. The Gup-W has first been released in animation form in Season 5 and in a feature-length film. Also due to Octonauts and the Great Barrier Reef, we have learned that it has some medical Octo-bots, the Nurse-bot, and the Bandage-bot. Inside the mouth of the Gup-W, there are bubble filters and an entrance/exit for the Gup-P. Support for Windows 11 / Windows 10 / Windows 8 / Windows 7 / Vista / Windows XP (both 32 and 64 bit versions are supported) but was halted with no explanation after 10 episodes, leading to criticism from viewers. [100] Broadcasts resumed in March 2013, but stopped a week later (with the last 7 episodes still unaired). 5 of the remaining episodes were released in May 2013 and then the last 2 episodes were released in September 2013, just before the broadcast of series 3. When some leafy sea dragons accidentally get into the Octopod, the Octonauts must find them before they end up in Kwazii's stew!

Only Peso can save the day when a cone snail invades the Octopod and tranquilizes the crew one by one with his dangerous venom-filled harpoons. When an underwater hurricane destroys a small reef, which a frogfish and other creatures depend on, Tweak and her crew must convert the recently destroyed Gup-F into an artificial reef before the second stage of the hurricane strikes! Gup-L - The Gup-L is like a hovercraft. Other than that there is not much known about it. Only the Gup Speeder toy has been released. The mouth can open up and act as a way to enter or exit the ocean or land. It is able to fit everyone inside. Using its mouth, it can also release certain Gups.
