The longevity and projection/sillage are both moderate, definitely outdone by Eau Intense, but this is still a worthy addition to the collection for the scent alone. This Eau de Parfum fragrance opens with a tangy, sharp, addictive duo of scents: luminous lemon and crisp green apple. It is an uplifting fragrance that makes you think of the beach and the sea, chilling by the pool, lunch in a cafe under the midday sun, dinner by the harbour in the cool of the evening. The first time I smelled this fragrance I was a little unsure, I liked it but couldn't completely decide. Although it's not a bad fragrance, at all actually, the pepper note in that one is just too much for my cup of tea.

It is a versatile and multi-dimensional scent that transcends the limitations of seasonal wear, making it perfect for spring and fall as well.

For me when I first got this I too found it hard to wear but managed to find some fragrances that layer extremely well with it which took the edge off from that strong smell. To me it was cloying - not in an over the top way but it's not something I'd want to be around on a hot summer day - too ambery-sickly sweet for my liking. After a couple of hours there is a slightly sweet woody base and also more common, because it reminds me of other fragrances I have smelled.

I'd pick the original over this any day since I value scent over performance, and the original performs well enough for me. Don't see anyone getting offended by this one, I eagerly anticipate seeing it perform in the summer. Light Blue Eau Intense has all the aspects of making knees weak and thighs perspire with the added bonus of lasting in the heat.

We're proud to announce that our mailing bags are made from recycled polythene and are also recyclable, and our bubble wrap is made from recycled plastic and is completely recyclable. The grapefruit and mandarin are still there, this time without the bergamot note, but the grapefruit is in a ‘frozen’ state. Nonetheless, the citrus does tamper down a bit towards the end, and the marine notes are able to smell much more oceanic. Don't get me wrong, it smells pleasant (similar to Eau Intense but toned down a bit), but it's hardly there.

This version has some nice lemon going on, and almost have that fresh summer ocean and lime combo that the orginal managed to do so well, unfortunately it's only almost, the lemon is abit weaker, and it dosent blend as well as the original that is abit more sweet and less tangy, but still, it's not a bad flanker, it's still a fresh pleasant summer scent, lime ocean salt, but the orginal still just did it so mutch better, thumbs up for finally something that was at least closer, a very kind thumbs up in this case, its really a neutral, but the small hint of the orginal made me be nice today. The smell reminds me of being in Italy, walking through a lemon grove perched up on the cliffs above the sea. I probably have more fragrances in my collection by Alberto Morillas than any other Perfumer, and this one doesn't disappoint. If you own or at least have tried Nautica Voyage, Versace Man eau Fraiche, Versace Pour Homme, Armani Acqua di Gio, Bvlgari Aqva etc. The bottle on this one is great, but it's just not worth having for the fact that you just can't smell it much.It brings me back to the days when I first tried gin in the summer, or my childhoods on piney coastal beaches.

I can recommend and it is a good inoffensive scent for guys who want a fragrance to cover many bases with one bottle. The citruses blend in very smoothly on skin, a world of difference when sprayed in the air and the way the Amberwood, Musk and Juniper developed after that was phenomenal.

I like the bottle, and it deserves a separate mention, since it has beautiful details, as if it were made of pieces of Mexican Talavera pottery. This has got the bubble-blowing soap scent that Bleu de Chanel has (to me) but quite a bit sweeter, even more so that the EDP.
