I'm surprised that MP is frequently compared to Miss Dior Chérie above - where the latter was a clever fruitchouli-gourmand that was made with high-quality ingredients and was beautifully balanced, MP is a synthetic, syrupy mish-mash. This dances into your nose with sparkling champagne and fresh juicy fruits—a truly effervescent experience. Initial impression after first spray is that it smells like a women's shampoo here in the Philippines. It is a beatiful, feminine, slightly fruity but sophisticated scent, and I have found it layers very well to change with the occasion.It's a bit better as it's drying down, but the overwhelming impression is the sweet peony and slightly annoying musk. But about twenty minutes in it switches up… I can’t believe something so sweet and yummy turned into such a strong green grass swamp thing! However, I recently read here that someone was asking about a dupe version of this fragrance which I myself came across a while back.

It has a fizzy champagne feel, and reminds me of 'beginning of fall' rain, when the rain feels colder than the air for a minute. It's the same charming girl who doesn't know how pretty she is, no matter where she is and what life throws at her.I love the lasting power, it can last 6 hours on me and still project, it's not too sweet and I often choose it in warm weather as well. The reviews for this perfume on here are a bit all over the place - some say it's very sweet, very strawberry'ish with champagne, some say it's reminiscent of macaroons (almond'y?
