Calvin Klein CK One Shock Women opens with top notes of peony, red poppy and passion flower before moving into a sweetened heart of jasmine, narcissus, chocolate and blackberry. A heart of liquid chocolate accord brings out a sweetness from within, paired with sensual, hypnotic jasmine and layered over a base of magnetic ambers and second skin musk. In the dry down the boozy/energy drink accord breaks open and releases the spices and aromatics aiding the tobacco in creating a very rich sweet and spicy and somewhat powdery fragrance.

To my past century's astonishment, Calvin Klein kept on releasing new different multicoloured CK One flankers once every two years or so. I had a slightly older woman remark, and I quote "Jesus Christ, man, do you know how good you smell? I’d like to see how they’d do, relying on their noses alone and not anything else to sort out high-end from low-end, works of art from hack jobs.The packaging sticks to the CK One design with a simple white bottle adorned with shocking pink writing. The differences that I do get are definitely in the opening where I can easily pick up the energy drink accord in this one, where as in 1 Million Prive' I more or less get what closely resembles apple pie with the tobacco being in the far background until you get into the mid of the fragrance. I bought this on a whim a couple years ago and I find myself using this often in the colder weather. Originally put off by the packaging, I assumed this would have some youthful texture I would not like.

All of them had a magnificent and elegant presentation and had an extremely good performance, as well a very alluring scent. It's awful to see one of your favorite fragrances get the axe, but once that happens and considering you were lucky enough to secure at least one bottle of it, it's nice to know that you have something that is actually pretty rare and not many others are likely to be wearing. By far the best I’ve tried from the Ck line, not counting the Ck one which is a pale copy of what it used to be.
