Important Note: It does NOT include a frail elderly person who is otherwise able-bodied or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb. The handlebars can be adjusted from 75 - 100 cm, ideal for taller people; shorter people may be better suited to the Jazz2 510, which features a handlebar height range of 65 - 80 cm.
