The ganache is darker than some milk chocolate ganaches, which I was very pleased about. It offers a welcome deep chocolate flavour amongst the caramel, without overwhelming it. Admittedly, the cheesecake began to slump a little bit under the weight of the toppings when left in the fridge overnight (though this may also be because I didn’t chill it fast enough after filming and photographing it!). Also, slicing this beast of a dessert is a bit of a challenge. But who doesn’t love a bit of a challenge now and again? How did it taste? They were kind enough to gift me one of these kits in return for some exposure, and I was more than happy to oblige. Obviously, the Fully Loaded Cheesecake caught my eye.
