The Englarger, The One who constricts the sustenance by His wisdom and expands and widens it with His Generosity and Mercy. 22 Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “Allah has ninety-nine names, i.e., one-hundred minus one, and whoever knows them will go to Paradise.” [1] The Great One, The Mighty, The One deserving the attributes of Exaltment, Glory, Extolement, and Purity from all imperfection. The 99 Names of Allah represent the highest level of spirituality and closeness to Allah in Islam. Knowing these names is an important aspect of a Muslim’s faith, as it allows them to better understand the magnificence and perfection of Allah. It helps Muslims build a stronger relationship with Him and increases their spiritual understanding and appreciation for His limitless attributes. Furthermore, each name is used for a specific purpose or goal in life, such as guidance, protection, strength, knowledge and wisdom. Reciting these names can bring about inner peace, comfort and assurance that one is always under the protection of Allah (SWT).

The Exalter, The Elevator, The One who lowers whoever He willed by His Destruction and raises whoever He willed by His Endowment. 24 The Eternal, The Independent, The Master who is relied upon in matters and reverted to in ones needs. He is the only one a person should turn to when feeling helpless. Scholars have agreed that this hadith does not signify the total number of His Names - The Most High, and it does not mean that He has no other names than the mentioned ninety-nine (names) here. What is meant here is that whoever internalized these ninety-nine Names will enter paradise. This approach is not knew with respect to the school of the ahl al-Bayt (Shia). In their corpus of traditions, there is Dua Jawshan al-Kabir, a recitation of the 1000 Meanings of the Attributes of God, and the interaction of that one tradition with other Traditions. In the ahlal Sunna Community, only the Turkish are aware and recite this tradition, coming down from Said Nursi to Fethulleh Gullen. The Abaser, The One who lowers whoever He willed by His Destruction and raises whoever He willed by His Endowment. We must note, that these names are not superficial either. Some of the names of Allah may seem similar, but they are not synonymous. Each name represents a unique attribute. They highlight some virtue or value that is noble in Islam. To know them is a source of knowledge. What’s even greater is to try and integrate them into your life to be lived and emulated to the best of your ability. The Sovereign Lord, The One with the complete Dominion, the One Whose Dominion is clear from imperfection 4 The Exalter, The Elevator, The One who lowers whoever He willed by His Destruction and raises whoever He willed by His Endowment. Allah s.w.t. guides us in the path of knowing Him by revealing His Divine Names and Attributes. He introduces Himself through these Names to help us know Him and draw us closer. In other words, He did not leave us to wander aimlessly in existence. An example would be the verse: ABOUT USFounders of AYEINA – Two Muslim mom bloggers (commonly known as the “twin-ninjas”), countries apart, with hearts as one – Sisters by birth & best friends by choice. The Sovereign Lord, The One with the complete Dominion, the One Whose Dominion is clear from imperfection Muslims believe that these names are the manifestation of Allah’s divine presence and His perfection. Each name is believed to have a special significance and to describe the Power and majesty of Allah. I am truly hooked to this book.An eye opener to all the Names of Allah written in such detailed but readable, some examples to make the readers understand better but still strictly based on the Quran and Sunnah.

While we often put those we love before what we ourselves want, we might not always choose God in this way. Part of the reason is that true love is based on how much we know someone, our relationship with that person, and his or her presence in, and impact on, our lives... Allah, who created us and knows us more intimately than any human being, knows this about us, and indeed created this tendency in us. Thus, one of the most beautiful aspects of the revelation of His names and attributes is that they form the basis of our relationship with Him... The way the subtleties and nuances are explained help the reader capture the inner essence of each name. One can find different layers of understanding and depth in different seatings, depending on the state of our soul or how the day went or if we’re dealing with a particular challenge or are simply feeling happy and grateful. Thus the text provides a much needed space for pause and reflection which is essential to truly “know” God. One knows through exploration, the book is an exploration of God’s attributes and we add to the reading with our own reflection. Whoever invokes three times when he gets up in the morning: I seek refuge in Allah from the cursed satan, and he recites three verses from the end of Surah Al-Hashr, Allah appoints seventy thousand angels who say pray forgiveness for him until the evening. If he dies on that day, he dies a martyr, and whoever reaches the evening, he holds the same status” O the Owner of all bounty and goodness and eternal exposition, (Who nourishes his creature with His infinite blessings, and who communication His decrees to all His creatures in the most perfectly eloquent way,)Tawhid is the first pillar of Islam and establishes that Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى)‎ is the One and only God. He‎ has various unique attributes, and the 99 Names of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) in Islam are a means of representing and glorifying all His divine virtues. As Muslims, we must uphold Tawhid in harmony with Allah’s (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) beautiful names, as is mentioned repeatedly in the Holy Quran:
