It starts with Olive being appointed as a nanny to this girl Map and we follow their adventures in this gotham academy and the darkness that surrounds it and I love the way they focus on that and then the adventure with their friends like Pomeline ad Colton is awesome following these characters as they discover dark magical secrets about one member of the cobblepot family and their school's connection to it and I love the character intros and the gothic theme of it and appearances by Batman and little hints of Olive's past and inclusion of Killer croc and the secrets with his mother and the way they all clash together for one epic adventure amongst these young detectives!

Loved the mystery plot, the action adventure, and how well the two groups got along - truly a fun time! When a teacher at Gotham Academy goes missing, it’s up to Olive, Maps, Colton, Pom, and Kyle to figure out what is happening and how to get her back. The tie in to Batman doesn't really add anything to the story, instead making it stand out like a sore thumb against the plethora of Bat-verse content.
