This is a used book - there is no escaping the fact it has been read by someone else and it will show signs of wear and previous use. He has a friendly, jokey style that made me feel like, although there’s a lot to do in training the puppy, it’s also going to be a lot of fun!

I'll be picking up his other books next - really like his writing style, his approach, and this is hands down the best material I've read so far. Shame book two really didn’t have anything up a couple of levels to help with the bonkers one and a half year old teenager. These two books written by Steve are brilliant not just in the best training advice but in the way they are written so easy to follow and understand with humour to keep you full of Optimism. Yes, he’s eight years old now, but I have come away from this book with enthusiasm and certainty that we’re going to get this right.
